HOW TRAIN2PERFORM BEGAN

Hi, I am Cole Kemp, the founder of Train2Perform. After playing to a high level in sport, my focus shifted towards health and fitness, where I could directly impact individuals through training specifically strength training. Drawing on my extensive training background and experience in competitive sports, I started to transition from traditional strength training towards a more functional approach. I began to start delivering this in my coaching to clients and athletes with fantastic results. Train2Perform then came into existence in the aim of helping as many people live healthier and stronger lives. It came from the desire to train for longevity and sustainability while simultaneously achieving optimal performance and functional movement.
