Apparel

Returns on apparel must be received within 15 days for exchange or store credit only (excluding shipping fees), providing the item has not been worn and is still in new condition. Customer will be responsible for return shipping. Please contact us to arrange an exchange or store credit.

Ebooks

If you are not satisfied with a purchase of an ebook, you can request a refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing support@train2perform.co.uk.

Subscriptions

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to an initial and recurring subscription fee after a trial period (if available for your subscription – one free trial per user). You accept all responsibility for recurring charges until you cancel your subscription, which you may cancel any time at http://train2perform.co.uk/my-account/. If you begin a new subscription after a previous free trial period, you will be billed on the date your subscription becomes active. In the event of a cancellation or failed payment, your account and training history will be deleted and access to programs removed.

Restrictions on Use

By purchasing any ebook or individual Perform subscription, you agree not to rent, share, re-sell, reverse engineer, or sublicense access to any third party, or infringe on the intellectual property of Revival Strength/Train2Perform.

Purchasing the Perform gym license or individual gym programming with a coach entitles you to share programming with your clients and groups via the method of your choice, so long as the programming is not publicly available to a wider audience. (For example: you may share workouts on a private Facebook group for your gym, but not on a public blog.) You may also advertise a Train 2 Perform class for as long as your plan or subscription remains active.
